Rule 60
Offer becomes inactive and cannot be resubmitted

(1) Even after the permission to submit a proposal has been obtained in the meeting, the unsubmitted proposal will automatically become inactive. (2) Except as otherwise written in this regulation, a proposal on the same subject or a proposal on the same subject that has been discussed or decided by a proposal in the current session of the National Assembly cannot be resubmitted by amendment. (3) If the proposal registered in the current session is not discussed, it will automatically become inactive.
